Mrs. Price died September 27, 2012 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born March 10, 1940 in Louisville, MS. to the late Ray and Lorene Stennett. She graduate of Corinth High School and Union University with a degree in elementary education got her masters form Blue Mountain College. She retired from Alcorn Central Elementary School after teaching for 33 years. Was a member of the First Baptist Church she was active in the church, singing in the choir, attended the “Serendipity Sunday School Class. Was owner of Granny’s Sandwich Shop.
Preceded in death by her husband Floyd “Junior” Price, Parents, Brother Ray Stennett Jr.
Survived by her son Floyd Rusty (Mary Margaret) Price of Corinth, MS. daughter Laurie (Jeff) Clark 0f Jackson, TN., sister Mary Nell (Kenneth) Armstrong of Germantown, TN. Grandchildren Ivy, Stennett and Anna Ruth Price, Will and Claire Clark. Sister-in-laws Janet Stennett of Bella Vista, Ark. Shirley (Pete) Rinehart of Guys, TN. Brother-in-law Raymond (Lottie ) Price of Guys, TN. Host of other family and friends.
