Nellie Ruth Hollins

Funeral services for Nellie Ruth Hollins are set for 2:00 P.M. on Monday, June 8, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Warren Jones officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery near Pickwick, TN.

Mrs. Hollins died on Friday, June 5th at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born on December 15, 1937 in Doskie, MS to the late Joe and Bannie Mae Reynolds Davis. She worked for Corinth Manufacturing and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Hollins; one son, Terry Lee Hollins; one daughter, Nellie Sue Robins; four brothers, Junior Lambert, Frank Davis, Lloyd Davis, and Sonny Byrd; one granddaughter, Tiffany Nicole Hollins; and one great-grandson, Jordan Riley Hollins.

Survivors include three sons, Lane Hollins and wife Vickie, Robin Hollins and wife Lola, and Eddie Steven Hollins and wife Dana Perrotta; two daughters, Senda Hudson, and Rhonda Killough and husband Ronnie; one brother, Rev. Thomas Eugene Davis and wife Jean; three sisters, Mary Nobe Hollins, Sybil Blakney, and Shirley Harris and husband Glen; twenty-two grandchildren, forty-nine great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Sunday, June 7th from 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
