Sarah Braudway Roberts

A Celebration of Life Service for Sarah Gale Glidewell Braudway Roberts, 83, is set of 2:30 pm Sunday at Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Merl Dixon and Rev. Tim Dixon officiating. Burial will follow in the Magnolia Gardens. A Family and Friends Gathering will be Sunday from 12:00 pm to service time.

Sarah died December 26, 2024 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born June 3, 1941 in Alcorn Co. to the late Oscar and Lura Glidewell. She was of the Pentecostal faith and a retired waitress. She enjoyed cooking, playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandson-in-law, Justin Hurd.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Roberts; son, Lanny Braudway (Michelle); daughter, Kammy Braudway; step-children, Tammy Roberts and Greg Roberts (Ann); grandchildren, Lana Shea Sheffield (Wardell), Landon Braudway, Laken Braudway, Luke Braudway (Kayla), Savannah Roberts, Shanda Hurd, Rilie Reese (Raheem), Paige Doyle, Bryson Roberts, Austin Roberts, Leeanna Kate Robinson, and Jonathan Lambert; great grandchildren, Zy Hurd (Mya Mae), Claire Sorrell, Cayden Crum, Kensley Sheffield, Kylen Crum, Brooke Webber, Jace Webber, Skyler Braudway, Zamarian Hurd, Aquoia Hurd, Brooklyn Roberts, Bryley Roberts, Brighton Roberts, Paisley Riggs, Anastasia Roberts, Mallory Lambert, and Andie Lambert; great great grandchildren, Leilani Braudway, Mila Crum; and special friend, Marnecha Hurd.
