Born on March 11, 1939, Barbara was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose warmth and strength touched all who knew her. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Robert St. Jean, her parents Armond St. John and Jaqueline (née Houle).
Barbara leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory always: her children Natalie Lecompte (Donald), and Micheline Ferguson; her cherished grandchildren Megan Ferguson, Kristin Ferguson (Scott Bowden), Justin Ferguson, and Heaven Lecompte (Nick Betournay); and her adored great-grandchild Hunter Seguin.
Barbara is also survived by her son-in law of many years, Kevin Ferguson and is predeceased by her infant son, Joseph St. Jean.
Her family takes comfort in knowing she is now reunited with those she loved and missed deeply.
Funeral arrangements are under the care of Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes – West Branch (613-932-8482). In accordance with Barbara’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at Notre Dame Cemetery (17945 S Branch Rd).
