MARTINEAU, Emerina (Lamontagne) – At the Chateau Cornwall on Friday January 3, 2014. She was 91. Beloved wife of the late Antonio Martineau. Dear mother of Diane Granger (George), Jean-Guy Martineau, Nicole Kitts (Garry) and Aline Lafrance (Rene). Sadly missed by 8 grandchildren, Mark (Chantal), Mike (Diane), Tony, Jason (Lee Ann), Daniel, Jennifer (Justin), Andre (Tara), Angele and 16 great grandchildren. Predeceased by one daughter Claire Desnoyers and one son Joseph (in infancy), one grandson James Granger, her parents, Jules and Eva (Frechette) Lamontagne), 5 brothers, Joseph (Jeanne-D’Arc), Omer, Elzear (Laura), Leopold (Donalda) and Albert Lamontagne (Anita) and 6 sisters, Alice Lebrun (Edouard), Marie-Ange Bouffard (Albert) and Lucienne Geoffroy (Albert) Rose Alma Chartrand (Cyprien), Blanche Gariepy (Lucien), Jeanne Martineau (Albert). Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Tuesday from 2 – 4pm and 7 – 9pm and on Wednesday from 9 – 10am. Funeral Mass Wednesday January 8, 2014 at St-Therese-de-Lisieux Catholic Church at 10:30am followed by cremation. Rite of Committal, Nativity Parish Cemetery, at a later date.
