Gerry ten Brink

Dearly loved husband of Margaret (Van Dyk). Loving father to Reuben (Marisa), Rebecca (Robert), Elizabeth, and Jonathan (Krista). Proud Opa to grandchildren Bradley, Corinne, Jameson, and Robin.

Predeceased by his parents Jan and Gertrude (Weijssink) ten Brink.

Gerry is survived by his sister Lydie (Mike) Van Dyke, and their children Trudy (Dave), Michael (Sarita), and John (Rhonda). He will be missed dearly by his great-nieces and great-nephews Jonah, Micah, Noah, Evan (Esmee) and Ella.

Gerry lived his life to the fullest and will be lovingly remembered for his generous spirit, sense of humour, and steadfast faith.

In keeping with Gerry’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan, Cornwall Funeral Home, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482).

A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Immanuel Christian Reformed Church on 2264 Pitt Street, Cornwall, Ontario.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to Cornwall Hospice, the Canadian Cancer Society, or Timothy Christian School (Williamsburg) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
