MARION, Jeannette (née Leger) - on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre at the age of 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Fernand Marion. Dear mother of Suzanne Trudel (Roger), Gerard Marion (Ghislaine) and Norman Marion (Sylvie). Cherished grandmother of Pierre-Jules and Luc and great-grandmother of Joselyn. Daughter of the late Georges and Clara (née Duval) Leger. Survived by brother, Roger Leger (late Nora). Predeceased by sister, Simone Carriere (late Sylvio), her infant children, Richard, Joceline and Aline and by grandson, Mathieu. The Marion family are forever grateful to all staff at SJCCC for their exceptional care and compassion over the past seven years. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Lahaie and Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482). A Memorial Mass will be held in St. Félix de Valois on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 2 p.m. followed by interment at Nativity Cemetery.
