Beloved wife of 41 years to William Ropchan. Loving mother of Andrew “Andy” Ropchan (Tanya Nelson) and Kimberly Ropchan (Joel Duval). Cherished grandmother of Sophia Glaude. Treasured sister of Robert Leblanc and Richard Leblanc.
Jocelyne is predeceased by her parents Conrad and Dorothy (née Martin) Leblanc; and her brothers: Charles Leblanc and Gerald Leblanc.
In keeping with Jocelyne’s wishes cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday June 7th, 2024 at M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (613-938-1039) between the hours of 4:00PM to 7:00PM.
In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations to Carefor Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.
