1931-2017
Max passed away peacefully Tuesday April 4, at the age of 86. He will be missed by his loving wife Dr. Patricia Irwin and their four children: Debra Foster (Rob), Charles “Ted” Irwin (Linda) Dr. Paul Irwin (Lise) and Heather Irwin. He was a proud grandfather of ten: Christopher, Jonathon, Mathew, Brendon, David, Laura, Alex, Dayna, Max and Lily.
Max met his wife, Pat at the University of Toronto, where they graduated together in the Medical class of 1955. After completing his fellowship in OBS/GYN Max and Pat moved to Cornwall where they set up their practices.
A Celebration of Life for Max will be held at Lahaie and Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West, (613-932-8482) on Saturday, April 22nd form 1 to 3 pm.
