Leroy "Roy" Boissonneault

BOISSONNEAULT, Leroy “Roy” – On Wednesday January 14, 2026 Roy went home to his God. While our hearts are greatly saddened by his death, we know Roy is at peace. He leaves behind his wife of fifty-seven years, Theresa “Terry” Boissonneault (née Plasson), his children, Terry Lee Villeneuve and William Dean Boissonneault (Natalie). Loving grandfather of Trisha Villeneuve, Steven Villeneuve (Matraca), Aashna St. Louis and Sarah Boissonneault St. Louis. Cherish great grandpa of Willow, Oakley, Scout Rose, Tanner Sage, Kayleigh, Autumn, Charles, James, Bryden and Delilah. Roy is survived by several nieces and nephews. Son of the late Gerard and Josephine Boissonneault. Predeceased by his son Peter Gerard, and by his siblings Robert, Raymond (late Rosina), Gerard (late Angie), Donald (late Therese), Benoit, Zenon, Joann Porter (late George) and Jean.

Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh St. W., (613-932-8482) on Thursday January 22, 2026 from 9 a.m. until time of funeral. A Mass of Christian burial will take place in St. Peter’s Church on Thursday January 22, 2026 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation or to Carefor Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
