Beloved husband of late “Jeannie” Remina (née Moak). Loving father of Jody Beckstead (Teri-Lynn) and Robbie Beckstead (Isabelle). Sadly missed by his grandchildren Gracie (Carson), Sarah, Xavier, Maliah, and Celeste. Dear brother of Dale Beckstead (Donna), Carol Irven (Richard), Sue Chamers (Dave), and Lois Beckstead.
Predeceased by his brother Doug Beckstead and his parents Freeman and Elsie Beckstead. Also missed by special friend Pat Deschamps.
In keeping with Lorne's wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at Waterdown Cemetery on Saturday, August 19th at 11AM.
As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to Cornwall Hospice, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
