LAFLAMME, Normand (Retired Secondary School Teacher – Ecole Secondaire La Citadel and Tagwi High School) – Suddenly at his residence on Saturday, September 1, 2012. He was 58. He is survived by his long time best friend, Fay Leroux and friends Pat and Reg Levac. Norm also owned and operated Nell’s General Store and Slanted Floor Gallery in Martintown. Since his retirement, Norm volunteered much of his time fundraising for the Cornwall Chapter of the O.S.P.C.A. His latest passion was singing and performing with the C-Way Sound Barbershop Chorus. Norm will be sadly missed by friends and neighbours in the Martintown and Cornwall area. Memorial donations to the Cornwall Chapter of the O.S.P.C.A. would be appreciated. All services private.
