Beloved husband of Shirley Andrews (Menchini); loving father to Robert Andrews (Chantal) and Susan Andrews; cherished grandfather to 5 and great grandfather to 3. Sadly missed by his brothers Neil Andrews (Joan) and Brian Andrews; and his sister June Andrews and Marie Ross (David).
Richard is predeceased by his parents Albert Andrews and Rose Leduc.
