PRESTON, SHARON - Peacefully and surrounded by her family on Saturday March 17, 2012 at the Hospice Cornwall. Sharon Mary Lily (Bird) Preston of Cornwall age; 66 years. Beloved wife of Robert. Loving mother of Lisa Blanchard of Cornwall and Edward Blanchard (Kim) of Fergus, Ontario. Grandmother of Tyler, Eden, Bailey and Zander Blanchard. Survived by her brother Gordon Bird (Vi), her sisters Shirley Kirkey (Pat), Bonnie Falzetta (late Frank) and Linda Andre (late Marcel). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Leonard and Marguerite (Duchesne) Bird, brothers Robert and James, and by her sister Marjorie Desabrais. The family will be in attendance at Lahaie and Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh St. West (613-932-8482) from 2 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral Thursday, March 22, 2012 for Mass of Christian Burial at St. Columban Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will be in attendance on Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7p.m. till 9p.m., Thursday from 8 30 a.m. until the time of Funeral.
