Yvon Joseph Sarault

on December 4th, 2020, at his residence; age 55 years. Spouse of Bernice Lapierre. Loving father of Jacqueline Sarault, Denise Sarault, Jocelyne Sarault and Jacques Sarault. Will be missed by his brothers Laurier (Nancy), Michel (Theresa) and Norman (Lou-Anne); and his sisters Diane (Roger), Lise (Paul), and Lucille. Will be dearly missed by his grandchildren Jayda, Travis, River and Noah. Predeceased by his parents Armand and Pauline (née Sauve) Sarault. Also predeceased by his sister Huguette (John). Attendance controlled visitation at LAHAIE & SULLIVAN, CORNWALL FUNERAL HOME, WEST BRANCH, 20 Seventh Street West, (613-932-8482) from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2020. His Journey Just Began

Don’t think of him as gone away

his journey just began

life holds so many facets

this earth is only one.

Just think of him as resting

from the sorrows and the tears

in a place of warmth and comfort

where there are no days and years.

Think how he must be wishing

that we could know today

how nothing but our sadness

can really pass away.

And think of him as living

in the hearts of those he touched

for nothing loved is ever lost

and he was loved so much.
