Edward Egan Ucker, Jr.

May 17, 1939- April 26 2016

Edward Egan Ucker Jr, 76 was welcomed into the kingdom of Heaven on Tuesday evening April 26th 2016 after a valiant battle with Leukemia. Dad was blessed to be surrounded by his family when he went home to be with Jesus.

Born in Baltimore Maryland to Edward and Florence and lived most of his life in Southern California. He graduated from CSULB and spent most of his career at McDonald Douglas and Pacific Mutual Life Insurance as Vice President of Data Processing. During these years he lived in Costa Mesa (26 years) and Huntington Harbor (20 years).

Ned was a faithful man with great integrity who loved spending time with his family and friends. He devoted much of his life caring for his loving mother as she aged. He enjoyed golfing with friends, cooking and entertaining.

Ned is survived by his wife Karen, his Sister Pat, Children Brian, Brenda, John and Danny, and Stepdaughter Kim. He was blessed with 11 Grandchildren Katelynn, Kristin, Ryan, Shawn, Jason, Jenna, Brandon, Bailey, Daniella, Hayden, Noah, Haillie, Kendall and Victoria. He is preceded in death by his first wife Patricia Marie Ucker. He will be dearly missed but know that the faith that he taught us through until we will all see him again.
