We honor a life marked by remarkable adventure across two continents. His journey began in North Korea, and like many of his generation, he was forced to flee during the Korean War, seeking a new life in South Korea.
In 1976, the call of the American dream brought him to Chicago, where he devoted himself wholeheartedly to his children. Beyond family, he nurtured a passionate love for the Chicago Cubs and Bears.
After relocating to Orange County in 1998, he embraced the California sun, enjoying soccer and tennis with equal enthusiasm. We are grateful for the memories he leaves behind, and we hope his journey continues in peace.
