

Jack Freeman, 86, of Huntington Beach, California, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2025. Born in Los Angeles on November 3, 1938, Jack lived a life full of adventure, and community service. He graduated from Westchester High School. Jack was an Eagle Scout (Order of the Arrow), and was very proud of that accomplishment.
Jack was the beloved husband of Janet, with whom he shared nearly 59 wonderful years of marriage until her passing, in 2018.
He was a devoted father to Fred Freeman and Debbie Freeman, cherishing every moment with his family. Jack had 9 Grandchildren and 11 Great grandchildren.
Throughout his accomplished career, Jack served as Vice President at Thrifty Drug Stores before embarking on a successful chapter in real estate sales. He was committed to his community, volunteering at the Braille Institute, the Huntington Beach Senior Citizens Center and serving as an active HOA Board Member.
Known for his love of travel, Jack and Janet were enthusiastic world explorers, collecting memories across the globe. He enjoyed friendly games of poker, gatherings with friends, and spending quality time with his loved ones. Jack was especially supportive of higher education for his grandchildren, always encouraging their dreams.
A memorial service to honor Jack’s life will be held at Pacific View Memorial Park in Corona Del Mar, CA, on July 27, 2025. Jack will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
