Our Family is sad to announce the passing of Jorge O Ramos on Wednesday April 3rd, 2019 In Laguna Woods, CA. Born and raised in Argentina, Jorge moved to the United States in 1962 and pursued his further education at UCLA. He obtained a degree in Economics as well as a Masters of Science in Business Administration. Jorge opened his own business as a certified public accountant in 1973 and continued this trade for 40 years, servicing clients all over orange county area.
Jorge married Barbro Jerdstrand in 1967, and they had 3 children, Vivian, Susan and Kenneth. During this time Jorge was actively involved in the Mission Viejo AYSO Youth Soccer program, due to his passion for the sport and his love for children. In 2002, after his marriage dissolved, Jorge moved to Laguna Woods. Within the year, Jorge met Rosemary Bjorklund and the two were united in 2003.
Jorge passed peacefully in the arms of Rosemary and between the two of them he is survived by 6 children, 6 grandsons and 4 granddaughters.
Jorge was known best for making people laugh and adding sunshine to their day. Jorge will be laid to rest on Friday, May 31st at Pacific View Memorial in Corona Del Mar, CA. He will be forever missed.
