He was born February 17th, 1953 in Marysville, California to his parents Thomas David Field and Frances Emily Heney Field.
He grew up in Napa, California and had an interest in baseball, soccer, hunting, and fast cars. Tom graduated from Napa High School. He had a love for animals and the outdoors.
He lived most of his life in Orange County, working in his self owned construction business as a general contractor.
He is survived by his son Nicolas Field, three sisters; Cathleen Fenstermacher, Teri Field and Susan Newton, one nephew and three nieces, Brad Fenstermacher, Libby Fenstermacher, Sarah Colson, Cora Newton, two stepdaughters Julie Galpin and Joy Mautz, longtime girlfriend Patty Goytia and her sons, Jason and Kevin Goytia.
A memorial service will be held at Pacific View Memorial Park in Corona Del Mar, CA on Friday July 14th at 2:00 PM in the chapel.
