Albert graduated from Ray High School in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was employed at CCAD as a heavy equipment operator for 42 years. He was known as a hard worker who loved his family. As his family described him, he was a “Dodge man”. He loved his pick-ups and driving with his sweetheart.
Thirty years ago, Albert met his beautiful redhead, Deborah. They met at Ropers dance club where he walked up, tipped his cowboy hat, and asked her to dance. From that day on Deborah and Albert danced their way through life together for 30 years. His family remembers him as an old-fashioned southern cowboy who stepped up when no one else would.
Albert was a real cowboy. He loved his country music, riding horses, his pick-up trucks, and his wife’s good cooking. He was an adventurous outdoorsman and enjoyed long drives and trips to San Antonio with his wife. Albert was most proud of being a father of 8 sons. He never had any daughters but when he first held his granddaughter, Lila, he knew he finally had his little girl.
Albert is preceded in death by his first wife, Gracie; Father, Albert Puebla Sr.; and brothers, Felix Puebla and Danny Puebla.
His memory lives on with his wife, Deborah Puebla; mother, Maria Anita Puebla; sons, Albert Puebla III (Brenda), Michael Puebla (Jessica), Mark Puebla, Adrian Puebla (Diana), Richard Nunez, Ignacio Vargas (Holley), Sam Vargas (Liza), Josh Vargas (Cat); numerous brothers, sisters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Albert will truly be missed and will never, ever, be forgotten.
