He was a very loving father and grandfather and a devout catholic, and was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.
He served and was honorably discharged from the United States Navy. He worked as a metal worker with ASARCO Refinery.
Alfredo is preceded in death by his wife Maria O. De La Rosa. He is survived by his daughter Delia Ynostroza (Jaime); grandson, Rene Ynostroza; sister, Consuelo Salazar (Manuel) and brother, Julian De La Rosa (Herminia).
Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, September 12, 2011 with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
