There are never enough words to sincerely express the true meaning for a loss such as Mando. A man of love for his family, his Time Warner Family, so many of us, who, when we were there, touched our hearts. Mando was always willing to help everyone. He, too, was a great man who never belittled anyone. He is deeply loved, respected and will be in my heart forever. To his immediate family, all of you are in my thoughts and prayers, today, and everyday! I loved and respected Mando from the day I met him. Elva, God Bless You and your family.

Mando was more then a Boss but like a father to me. He was there for me when my dad past away and always had his doors open anytime I needed advice or just to vent out. I'm very greatful to him for giving me opportunitys to advance myself but most importantly he had great just in me. It has been a Great Honor and a Great Priviledge to serve,work and to had known him. May the Grace of God and Peace be with his wife Elva,his daughter Vanessa and his son Gabriel. Goodbye Mando. I will miss you dearly but will always have you in my heart.

I had the joy of meeting Armando in Puerto Rico on a company award trip.  He was a fantastic team player and had such pride. He will always be a member of the infamous team 8. My condolences to Elva & his family, no doubt all that know him will miss him greatly.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Mando was one of my mentors, he never liked to sugar coat anything when it came to telling someone how it is. I will miss him dearly and my condolences go out to his family.
