He was a member of the All Saints Episcopal Church, where he played the organ and provided music for the congregation. He will always be remembered for his quiet nature, sense of adventure, service in the community, devotion to family, and his love of God. Charles taught elementary school, and he enjoyed watching the children play, and loved music.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife Reba Palm, son Steven Charles Palm, and his daughter Jeanne Elizabeth Moorton.
He is survived by his son-in-law Richard Moorton, and life-long family friends Jay and DeLaura Whitlock.
Funeral Mass at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, February 11, 2022 at All Saints Episcopal Church, 3026 S. Staples Street, Corpus Christi, TX 78404.
