Conrado Villanueva Sr.

Conrado Villanueva, Sr. passed away on January 25, 2012 at the age of 86. He was born in San Benito, Texas to Baltazar and Lorenza Villanueva. He is preceded in death by his parents and grandson Jose Reymundo Villanueva.

Conrado was a WWII Veteran. Conrado was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Conrado is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Maria O. Villanueva; sons Conrado (Josie) Villanueva, Jr. from Cibolo, Texas; Francidco G. Villanueva, Johnny Joe (Maria) Villanueva from Reno, NV; David B. Villanueva; Lorenzo (Margot) Villanueva; and Joel Villanueva all from Corpus Christi, Texas; his only daughter Maria H. Torres from Houston, Texas; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brother Reymundo (Linda) Villanueva from Lagarto, Texas; sister Olivia Lara from San Benito, Texas; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and a host of friends.

Public visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 29, 2012, at Funeraria del Angel, 549 Cheyenne Street, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m., on Monday, January 30, 2012 at St. Peter Prince of the Apostle, 3901 Violet Rd. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
