

He is preceeded in death by his parents, Salvador and Josefa Pantoja; in-laws Juan and Ernestina Leal; three brothers and three sisters.
Danny is survived by his wife of 44 years Josie Pantoja; four daughters, Melissa Daniloff, Debra Pantoja, Denise Pantoja and Linda (Nick) Reed; six grandchildren, Ashley Orr, Christopher and Patrick Daniloff, John Alex Pantoja, Emma and Danniella Reed; four sisters, and three brothers.
Danny served in the Army from 1962 to 1965. He was a graduate of Texas A&I University in Kingsville and worked as an accountant for over 20 years. In 1986 he joined the USPS as a letter carrier, where he worked until his retirement. He enjoyed golfing, working on his yard, hanging out with his buddies and taking care of his family. His unwavering dedication to his family created a strong bond that not many families are fortunate enough to experience. His strong work ethic and perseverance to succeed are but a small portion of the precious legacy he leaves to his daughters. He was a great man whose departure leaves a deep void. He will be profoundly missed.
A visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2012 with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 20, 2012 at St. Theresa Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
