He is preceded in death by: his father, Jose Ruiz Flores, mother Felipa G. Flores and brother, Jose G. Flores, Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Annette Crossno Flores. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his children: Denise (Reginald), Jose Carlos, Donaciano, Jr. (Esther), Maria (Jash), and their mother, Eva Cardona Orem; brothers and sisters; Concepcion (Victor) Valdez, Irene (Trinidad) Barrios, Maria de Jesus Perez, Angelita (Daniel) Sifuentes, Josie (Raul) Martinez, Felipa (Johnny) Pena, Frances (Frutoso) Gonzalez, David (Herminia) Flores Sr. and grandchildren: Danyailla, Diamond, Donovin, Erik, Destynee, Maleeya, and Donaciano Flores III.

Visitation will be at Funeraria Del Angel, 549 Cheyenne Street on Sunday, January 9, 2011 from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, January 10, 2011 at Our Lady of the Rosary at 10:00 am with interment to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
