She was preceded in death by parents, Jose and Elida Salinas and husband Fortunato V. Flores.
Elia is survived by her son Jose R. Flores (Janie); her daughter Delvia Flores and her grandchildren, Jose R. Flores Jr., Celest Dominique Flores.
Elia was a beloved wife and mother and loved by all who knew her. She taught her children the responsibilities of life.
Visitation will be on Friday, November 14, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m.
