Enrique “Kike” Ponce was born on March 6, 1929 in Linares, Nuevo Leon. He was a resident of Corpus Christi for over 60 years where he owned and operated La Estrella Bakery. Corpus Christi’s “Finest Baker” has gone to be with the Lord on October 5, 2014 with his family by his side.
The family will be receiving friends at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening. Funeral services will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 10:00 am with entombment to follow at Memory Gardens Mausoleum
