Eva Morin

She married Jose Reyes Jr. in 1938 and was married for 49 years until his passing. In 1990, she married Manuel Morin until he passed in 2005. Eva was a member of Primera Iglesia Bautista for most of her life. She served her Lord as a Sunday school teacher, as member of the choir and was WMU President for a number of years. She never missed an opportunity to talk to anyone about her Lord and Savior and how to gain entry into eternal life in Heaven.

She is also preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Andrea “Tootsie” Sylvia Reyes; granddaughter, Baby Girl Reyes; great-grandson, Jared Ashton Ortegon and great-great-granddaughter, Phoenix Alarcon,.

Eva leaves her loving memories to her children, Jose Reyes III (Rosie), Yolanda Rosas (Alfred), Frances Silvas (Jesse), Priscilla Martinez (Carlos) and Roland Reyes (Nelda); 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Ruth Arauza and brother, Raul Gonzalez.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with a Graveside Service to be held at 3:00 pm at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
