

Frank Everett Lemon, (78), of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on September 9, 2023. He was born on September 6, 1945, to Margie and Burell F. Lemon, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Frank and his family moved to Kentucky but later returned to Corpus Christi. He attended Calallen High School and graduated in 1963.
Frank worked for Texas Industrial Services managing a uniform route in South Texas for multiple years. He later worked for Champlin Refining (CITGO) for 25 years in the terminal department, where he held multiple positions. He retired from CITGO as a supervisor.
Frank liked to work on cars and race them as well. He loved Corvettes and owned several throughout his life. Frank was a successful power lifter and a very good softball player for many years. He was also an avid hunter and a serious bowler.
Frank is survived by his former wife Rhonda Cole and their loving daughter Melissa Stapleton (Garlyn). He is also survived by his two grandsons Blaine and Trent Stapleton. Frank is survived by two brothers as well.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents Burell F. and Margie (Byas) Lemon, and Brother Terry.
Family will receive friends on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 p.m. that afternoon. He will be laid to rest in Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
