Frank will be remembered as a loving and caring man who put others before himself and secretly paid for a meal or gas for those who seemed to need it. He was a mentor to many and a firm believer in God.
He loved the outdoors and wanted to live in the country so his entire family could live under one roof. He always saw work as an opportunity. He worked at UT Arlington after 45 years of work with Reynolds Aluminum. He was with the Corpus Christi Police Reserves and always going to school as education was paramount. He was by his wife’s side for 15 years while she was ill. He was the ultimate back seat driver that only his children can appreciate.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Lydia H. Rincon and son, Ronald Rincon.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories his children, Priscilla Briguglio (Randy), Frank A. Rincon, Shelia Bentley, Bertha Sequeira (Benjamin), Rachel Rincon; grandchildren, Michelle Trevino, Ben Sequeira III, Elaine Pedraza, Blythe Thorne, Celesta Labelle and 12 great-grandchildren.
