Frederick was a 7th and 8th grade math teacher for many years. In his later years he did wood working until his passing.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William Garnet and Frances Mable Cotton Staggs; beloved wife, Jo Ann Posey Staggs.
He is survived by his children, Fred M. Staggs Jr. (Jamie), Terry P. Staggs; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer’s research in his honor.
Graveside Service will be held in Stockdale, TX.
