Gilberto M. Sauceda, 90, was called Home on December 15, 2016. He was born on September 28, 1926. Gilberto married Amelia Leal on June 24, 1951. He was a great husband and a wonderful father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great grandfather.
Gilberto is preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Amelia Sauceda who passed on December 1, 2016; his parents, Benjamin and Hilaria Sauceda; siblings, Noe Sauceda, Israel Sauceda, Francisco Sauceda, Maria Gomez, Petra Chapa and Juanita Mendez.
He is survived by his children, Alvaro (Nelda) Sauceda, Maricela (Candido) Ybarra, Carmen Ramirez and Heriberto (Yolanda) Sauceda. Gilberto is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 10:00 am with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
