James V. Lipscomb, Jr., 76, passed away on October 8, 2017. Family will be receiving friends on Friday, October 13, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service to begin at 2:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
