Juanita Sosa

Juanita was born July 30, 1934 she was a graduate of Roy Miller and preceded to get her LVN license.

Retired from Coastal Bend Dialysis Center after 25 years as a Dialysis nurse, worked at Memorial Medical Center, also held a Cosmetology license and operated her own shop.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, served as a Eucharistic Minister, member of the Altar Society; in 1998, she was honored as Woman of the year.

Juanita enjoyed gardening, sewing and crafts also spending time with family, she will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

Preceded in death by her parents Alfonso and Rosita O. Sosa. Brothers Alfonso Jr., Macario, David and Jose Sosa. Sisters Marcelina Ramon, Carmen Flores and Mary Sosa.

She is survived by her brother Daniel (Elida) Sosa, sisters, Martina Reyes, Josie Santos and Rosie Southall. Numerous nephews and nieces.

A visitation for Juanita will be held Monday, June 20, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 549 Cheyenne St, Corpus Christi, Texas 78405. A vigil service and rosary will occur Monday, June 20, 2022 at 7:00 PM, 549 Cheyenne St, Corpus Christi, Texas 78405. A mass of christian burial will occur Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 710 S 19th St, Corpus Christi, TX 78405. An interment will occur Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Holy Cross Cemetery, 3025 Up River Road, Corpus Christi, TX.
