Ludivina Hinojosa Resendez

Ludivina was born to Lazaro Hinojosa and Francisca Sanchez in Corpus Christi Texas.

She married Camilo Resendez on January 20th, 1950 and they lived together in Cd. Mier Tamaulipas, Mexico. Together they raised 7 children.

She is survived by Rosario Barrera, Jose Luis Resendez (Rosa Nelia Resendez), Leticia Garcia (Juan Jose Garcia), Sergio Resendez (Liliana Resendez), Alberto Resendez (Ada Celia Resendez), Rosa Ines Resendez, Maria Leiva. She also leaves to cherish her memory siblings Lazaro Hinojosa (Amparo Hinojosa) numerous grandchildren great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by: Camilo Resendez (spouse), Cesar Resendez (son), Aliber Resendez (son), Nohemi Hinojosa Astorga (sister), Manuela Hinojosa Gonzalez (sister), Reynato Ulises (son-in-law), Alejandra Barrera (granddaughter).

Ludivina worked as a teacher in small ranches in Mexico and loved spending time with her family and neighbors, which is why she was so loved by everyone.

The family would also like to thank all the family and friends who came from far away to accompany her family today to say their final goodbyes.

A visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, located at 8200 Old Brownsville Road, Corpus Christi, Texas, 78415, on November 24, 2025, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

A rosary will follow at the same location from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.

The funeral service will take place at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on November 24, 2025, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.

A committal will be held thereafter from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at the same venue.
