He was born in Corpus Christi, TX on January 27, 1945. Luis attended West Oso High School.
Luis was married to Sabina and divorced. He later had a good 27 years relationship with Janie Fuentes.
He worked in automotive with Creveling Dodge. Luis was a member of Lady of Guadalupe Church and had a passion for dancing, attending weddings and quinceaneras.
Luis loved his children and will be missed dearly. He was a humble, peaceful man. Thanks to all his dear friends for helping him.
Luis is preceded in death by his father, Luis Davila and son, Johnny Davila and his wife, Reyna Sewell.
Luis is survived by his mother Catalina Davila 96 years old, children; Esmeralda (Michael) Mays, Richard (Laura) Davila; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary Davila Ramos (Floro).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Funeraria del Angel Cheyenne. Services will conclude in the chapel.
