Luis C Torres Jr.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Luis Torres Sr. and Agapita Chapa Torres; wife, Jane C. Torres; siblings, Agapita Abrego and George Torres.

He was employed as a truck driver for HEB where he retired after 43 years. Louis was also a rancher and he enjoyed gardening and travelling.

Louis leaves behind to cherish his memories his daughters, Maria Elena (Albert) Torres, Diana (Alex) Perez; four grandsons, Alex Perez Jr., Gabriel (Norma) Perez, Albert (Shelby) Torres, Jr., Michael Torres; and four great grandsons, Michael J. Torres, Travis R. Torres, Gabriel Luis Perez, Elias Daniel Perez; and sister Mary Lou Flores.

The family would like to extend a Special heartfelt Thanks to the nurses and staff at Senior Care Center, and at Gentiva Hospice for their continuous compassion, care and support.

A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Memorial Holly on Thursday, January 14, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary Recited at 7:00 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church on Friday, January 15, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
