She married her late husband of 60 years on October 9, 1955. Magdalena was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and friends on any holidays and special occasions. She had a love of life and family. She enjoyed birding and naming all the birds from her bird book.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her children, Franco (Sandy), Albert (Angie), and Norma (deceased- Lee); her grandchildren, Angela, Albert (Jennifer), Stephen (Emily), Monique and Daniel; her great-grandchildren, Alicia, Robbie, Sadie, Harvey and Victor; her sister Catalina Ramon and brother George Mendez.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
