Manuela Rosas

Manuela Rosas, 77, passed away December 13, 2017 at her residence with her family by her side. Manuela will be remembered for sharing her love and wisdom with her family. She was also known for her wonderful cooking. She was devoted to her husband, kids and cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Manuela’s contribution to her family was introducing them to God, and encouraging them to become strong leaders and to always reach for their dreams. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Breanne Marie Perez; brother, Cruz Villegas Jr. and sister, Esperanza V. Thompson. She is survived by her husband, Fidel Rosas; children: Raul (Lucy) Rosas, Fidel Rosas, Jr., Anna Arredondo, Ray Rosas, and Gloria (Victor) Alferez; grandchildren: Tiffany (Raul) Ochoa, Tracy Rosas, Justin Perez, Victor Alferez Jr. Rihanna Alferez, John Rosas, Miguel Rosas, Stormy Rosas; great-grandchildren: Zoe Mae Ochoa, Raul Zayn Ochoa IV, Zarek Raul Ochoa and Mason King Perez. A Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Monday, December 18, 2017 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Memory Gardens Chapel with Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
