She is preceded in death by her mother¬¬ Antonia Leyva.
She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Jesus (Cynthia) Hernandez, Martin (Chris) Hernandez, Marcelo (Marcy) Hernandez, Guillermo (Clare) Hernandez, Luis Antonio Gonzalez, Belen Pena, Melissa (Rene) Villarreal and Mary Lou Gonzalez (Gabriel) and 26 grandchildren; her father, Jose Amaya and 2 brothers and 4 sisters. She will be dearly missed by all.
Maria was a member of St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church.
Visitation for Maria will be from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 pm. Sunday, May 15, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly chapel. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 16, 2011 at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
