Maria Magdalena enjoyed gardening, traveling and being surrounded by her family.
She is preceded in death by her sons; Antonio C. Silvas, III, Alberto C. Silvas daughter; Margarita S. Valdes, sisters; Enedina “Nena” C. De Los Santos, Rosalia “Rose” C. Stapleton.
She is survived by her daughters; Sylvia S. (Nat) Valdez, Azalea Sally (Gregg) Young, sons; Alfredo C. Silvas, Alonso C. (Imelda) Silvas, Abel C. (Jean) Silvas, Adan C. Silvas, 1 brother Juan Jose Cisneros, Jr., 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren 5 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on September 20, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Funeraria del Angel, 549 Cheyenne Street with a service at 4:00 p.m. that same day. Burial of cremated remains will take place at a later date.
