Mary Lou Herrera

She was born on October 26, 1949 in San Antonio, Texas to Meliton Contreras and Carmen Andrada Contreras. Mary Lou was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother and she will be missed by her family, friends and all whose lives she touched.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Fernando J. Herrera; daughters, Cynthia (Ruben) Delgadillo, Patricia (Jason) Herrera and Christina (Antonio) Aguilar Jr.; son, Fernando J. Herrera Jr.; grandchildren, Patrick Rene Herrera, Sistina Diane Herrera, R.J. Delgadillo, Cadence E. Aguilar and Cami E. Aguilar all of Corpus Christi, Texas; sister, Yolanda (Andy) Briseno; brothers, Simon Contreras, Ralph Contreras and Paul Contreras all of San Antonio, Texas.

Visitation is scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel - Memorial Holly with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 31st, 2018 at Ss. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church.

Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, teddy bears are preferred.
