

Milton Theodore was born November 3, 1918 in Corpus Christi, Texas. Joined the United States Army in 1941 until 1945 in the 53rd Signal Battalion, veteran of World War II, was a Sergeant Tech 4 grade, with duties in England N. Africa, Sicily, Italy. He was honorably discharged thru Fort Sam Houston, Texas. He received The Good Conduct Medal. He married Esther Tapley in early 1950’s.
Milton never met a stranger. He was always soft spoken, but wise when he did speak. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved life and became a born again Christian in Yermo, California in the early 60’s. He loved reading his bible and going to church functions. His life was filled with hard work as a construction worker, loving and caring for his family and always ready to witness about Jesus or lend a helping hand, when needed.
Milton is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Esther of 50 years, grandson, Mark Cadrin, sister, Olga Kendrick, sister, Fannie Hobbs.
He is survived by his son, Bo Theodore (Kim); daughters, Darlene Wilson (Will), and Gayle Fahrney (Dave), sisters, Sophie Saunders, Anna Mae Woods, and Helen Apostalino; brother, Steve Theodore, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, Corpus Christi, Texas.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with entombment to be private.
