Nancy Katherine Yuhasz

She was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on March 12, 1947. Nancy graduated from Ray High School and received an Associate’s Degree from Del Mar College.

Nancy worked at KIII TV for over 20 years and worked her way up to be the National Sales Manager for the station. After retiring she enjoyed taking bus trips and cruises to visit places all over the country and world. She enjoyed traveling and magnets covered her refrigerator from all the places she had been. She also loved to country dance and would do so every chance she could. But, her most favorite thing to do was spend time with her granddaughter Kaci. They would have so much fun together.

Nancy was a member of Church Unlimited and attended church every Sunday she could. She loved the Lord and it showed through her kindness and selflessness for others. His light shined through her in every way.

Nancy is preceded in death by her father, Adrian Thebeau and mother, Vida Thebeau.

She is survived by her daughter, Shelly (Tony) Jimenez and her granddaughter, Kaci Jimenez. She is also survived by her five siblings, Adrian (Rose) Thebeau, Martha (Bob) Good, Larry (Cindy) Thebeau, Mike Thebeau, and Martin (Suzie) Thebeau; as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at 1 PM on Friday, October 6, 2023, at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will begin at 2 PM that same day. Interment will follow immediately after at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
