Neoma Joyce Webb

Neoma 'Joyce' Webb, 86, Entered in the arms of her loving Savior on August 11, 2022. Joyce was born to Margaret & Samuel Skaggs on November 23, 1935. Joyce was her daddy's pride and joy; he referred to her as his sugars. Joyce aspired to be a nurse when she met Samuel Harris Webb in 1952 and that all changed as they built their life together. They had four children, three boys and one girl.

She is survived by her sons, Samuel 'Jeffrey' (Linda) Webb, Gregory (Shelly) Webb; and a daughter, Bonnie (Randy) Feagans; brother, Thomas (Sharon) Skaggs.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Samuel H. Webb; sister & brother-in-law Bonnie (Jack) McClurg; brother Richard Skaggs; and her oldest son, Jerry M. Webb.

Joyce was the most loving and wonderful grandmother to 12 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 1 great great- grandchild. All that knew Joyce will remember her by her never-ending faith in Jesus and her strong will. She was truly a light to all those that she met and she will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of life will be on Monday, August 22, 2022 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home in Corpus Christi starting at 10:30am. A committal service will be held at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery at 2:00pm. For those that cannot attend, there will also be a livestream of her celebration of life on Memory Gardens' Facebook page.
