Olga G. Diaz

She was born May 9, 1942 to Adolfo and Angelina Garza, who resided in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Olga was a devoted hard working woman. She retired from Memorial Hospital after 45 years.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Angelina Garza; her father, Adolfo Garza; and her son, Ruben Diaz Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Hernan Rodriguez; her children, Olga Salinas (Bb)(Lazaro Garza Jr.), Sandra Diaz (Joann Leal), Dolores Diaz, Esperanza Diaz Trevino (Donnie Trevino), and Morayma Diaz (Ramiro Almaguer). She has 23 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Our Mother was a kind, caring, and giving person who put the needs of her family before her own. She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. Our mother was a source of inspiration to us and she will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 12:30 pm with a rosary at 1:30 pm. A funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
