Pedro L. Sanchez

Pedro L. Sanchez, 92, of Corpus Christi, TX, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at home surrounded by his family. He was born on January 27, 1924 in Nuevo Leon, Teran, Mexico. Pedro recognized and acknowledged the Lord Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in 1984. He was the founder and elder of Glory Full Gospel Church from June 6, 1986 through 2004. To the day God called him he attended Lighthouse Ministries. He was also a painter and builder by trade. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Maria E. Sanchez; parents, Ambrocio Sanchez Adame and Rosa Leal Lazo and four siblings. Pedro is survived by his daughters, Margaret (Venancio) Villarreal, Gloria Garza and Sylvia (David) Rodriguez of Corpus Christi, TX and Cindy Villarreal of Houston, TX; three sons, Juan (Josefina) Sanchez of Corpus Christi, TX, Juventino (Blanca) Sanchez of Victoria, TX and Daniel (Yolanda) Sanchez of Corpus Christi, TX. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; fifteen great-great grandchildren; four brothers and four sisters. Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service to held at 7:00 pm that same evening. Funeral services will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 10:00 am with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
