It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Ralph Medoza, a dedicated truck driver and cherished member of our community, who departed this life on December 10, 2025. Ralph was born on August 30, 1959, and devoted his life to traversing the open roads of the United States, Mexico, and Canada—a pursuit he was deeply passionate about.
Ralph was a person of great faith, regularly attending Christ the King Catholic Church and actively participating in the Triumph Church of God, where he married his beloved wife of 10 years, Edelia Medina Mendoza. Before finding his love for the Lord, Ralph was known for his spirited personality and outspoken nature. His commitment to his faith was a guiding force in his life, profoundly influencing his values and actions.
An advocate for healthy living, Ralph engaged in various activities that promoted physical well-being, including working out, biking, fishing, and yard work. He particularly enjoyed spending time with Edelia, assisting her in the kitchen to create memorable meals. Ralph also had a deep appreciation for music, often finding joy in both listening and singing.
Avid motorcycle enthusiasts will remember Ralph for his pride in his Corona Yellow Pearl Harley-Davidson XL 1200 Sportster, which he loved to ride, embracing the freedom of the road.
Ralph is survived by his loving family and friends, who will hold his memory close to their hearts. The family extends their sincere gratitude to the staff of Harbor Hospice and Holy Savior Hospice, as well as caregivers Mari Gutierrez and Connie Chavarria, for their compassionate care during this challenging time.
